Lesson Logistics:
1. Complete the contact section on the website or email Marianne at
marianne@marianneheim.com to schedule your sessions.
2. Lessons will be taught via FaceTime, Zoom, or in person at Valley Christian High School’s Music Hall (6900 W. Galveston St Chandler, AZ 85226)
3. The lessons can be planned on a one/two-week cycle. Please be aware the farther out you plan, the more likely you are to receive your ideal time slot. Last minute lessons will be available for auditions, show prep, etc. should a need arise.
4. If for any reason you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before lesson via text (480) 227-7434 otherwise you will be responsible for the full fee of the lesson
Payment Information:
1. Payment is due at the beginning of your session.
2. A late fee of $15 will be charged if payment is not received on the day it is due.
3. Payments are non-refundable.
4. Payments can be paid in cash, check made out to Marianne Heim, or by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.

*This extended session would be used for a videotaping session, recording, audition prep intensive or career consultation)
Preparation:
1. Come prepared. (I.e.: music/iPad, pencil, and water).
2. It is understood that your voice is a muscle. It is your responsibility to take care of your vocal health. Sleep, drink water, warm up, etc.
3. With each person who takes lessons comes a calendar of auditions and performances, so please do not attend a lesson if you are symptomatic.
