I am delighted to inform you that we have organised a trip for the Year 6 pupils to Sale Water Park, Trafford on the 18th of June. Please ensure you read the following information carefully.

Please also see the letter written by Mr. Sharp which outlines more details about what the trip involves.

Arrival and departure times:
- All children must arrive to school at the earlier time of 8.00am through the usual gates on the KS2 playground, ready to leave on the coach no later than 8.15am.
- Please do not arrive through the reception area, as we would like to avoid any mixing of bubbles - this is the entrance that children attending breakfast club enter.
- The reason for this early start is so that the children can benefit from a full day of activities commencing at 9am.
- After a day of outdoor activities, we will be picked up from Sale Water Park at 3.00pm, aiming to return for the usual home time of 3.30pm.

Lunch:
- The children will need to be bring a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle with them.
- If your child usually has a school dinner, please stipulate in the form below whether you would like us to provide them with a packed lunch, as kitchen staff will need to know in advance.

Clothing/kit:
For all activities we recommend the children bring clothing suitable for the weather. Please remember the children will be outside for the majority of the day. Below is an idea of what to wear, but is not an exhaustive list:
• Shirt / T-shirt
• Fleece / Jumper
• Tracksuit Bottoms / Trousers (No Jeans)
• Training Shoes / Boots (No Wellies)
• Hat & Gloves
• Waterproof Top & Trousers
• Sun Cream & Sun Hat

The children are likely to get wet so please provide a towel, change of clothes and a plastic bag to put wet belongings into. I would highly recommend wearing old clothing and trainers.

Staff attending:
Mrs Casey, Mrs Jones and Miss Caveney will be accompanying the children on the trip.


Please fill in the consent form by the 8th of June at the very latest to give your consent to school and also the external provider (Trafford Water Sports Centre). It is essential that you complete both forms for the school and the external provider for your child to be able to attend the trip. I have provided the link to the external consent form within the email.
