Upon completion of this 8-hour course, realtors, appraisers, and lawyers are eligible to receive the following continuing education credits...
Realtors: 8 hours CE credits
Appraisers: 4 hours CE credits
Lawyers: 8 hours CE credits

About the Workshop
"Water Law in a Nutshell" is presented by Mr. Aaron Clay, a retired Attorney at
Law & former 26-yr Water Referee for Colorado Court, Division 4.
This seminar covers all aspects of water law, including water rights; ditch rights;
appropriation, perfection, limitations, attributes, abandonment, and enforcement of water rights. Further discussions will include, groundwater, ditch owner rights & responsibilities, ditch companies, public rights, and federal/interstate compacts.
While continuing ed credits are given to realtors, appraisers, and lawyers, this class is not just geared to them. It is appropriate and relevant to ANYONE & EVERYONE interested in Colorado water law and water issues.
