The DSA-LA Mutual Aid Committee will be holding its next GIVE RED Blood Drive November 5, 6 and possibly 7th, 2021. We will be donating at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Blood Donor Center by default, but if we have enough 7th signups (25 or more) we can request to send a blood bus to a participating location.
As we may need to make a number of reservations at once, and as Saturdays often fill up quickly at CHLA, the deadline for reserving a spot with the GIVE RED block will be SUNDAY, October 2nd @ 11:59pm, after which we will be calling to make reservations for everyone who submitted a form. (However, even if you miss us, you can make a reservation on your own!) We will be attempting to make all reservations as close to each other as we can (possibly split into two groups, one for each day), as availability allows. We will consider "morning" reservations to be after 9:00am, unless you specify otherwise.
Note that we are asking for your date of birth as it is required to make a reservation. These form results will not be shared with anyone outside of Mutual Aid Committee leadership, or individuals directly involved with making reservations.
