Please pick one. This is confidential I am not even collecting your names. I need to know how you want to meet so I can make certain sections a certain thing...

1. Online. I only want to meet online in the Spring. Every class online via zoom. And not in person at any time.

2. Hybrid. I want a hybrid option where we meet in person at least every week or every other week (please note: when we meet in person you will be counted absent if you didn’t attend the in person class) *

3. In Person. I want to meet in person every class (yes this means every class will be in person) you must show up in person to be counted as present. *

* Hybrid and In Person… We will follow the Protect KU Guidelines https://protect.ku.edu/community-standards-pledge, practice social distancing, wear a mask, etc. If you must quarantine or feel sick or think you have come in contact with someone with Covid 19 you must stay home and attend one of the online section(s) until you are cleared by the University to come back to class.

Things to note.
The lecture will always be via zoom you can do that at home or at school but it will be presented/and recorded via zoom.

In all scenarios (including the online only) you will have access to the building to use the rooms, labs etc.

In person is subject to change if less than 6 students can attend in person because of illness, or I have to quarantine or the university shuts down. In any of these cases it will move to hybrid or online only.

I need 10 - 12 people to agree to meet as a hybrid or in person to make these options happen. If there are not enough people that want to meet as hybrid or in person all sections will be listed as online.

Do not be pressured by your peers. They will not know how you voted unless you tell them.
