Default Dismissal Plan for Students K-8 (2023-2024)
Please complete the form below to confirm your child's default dismissal plan. Please complete a separate form for each K-8 child you have at ECMS. If your child is in PreK, no need to fill out the form (they have to be picked up by a family).

If you need to update information or ask questions to NHPS transportation, call them directly at 475-220-1600. If you don't receive the NHPS postcard in the mail before school starts, contact victoria.rodriguez@elmcitymontessori.org or  475-220-4100 to find out your child's bus route/time/stop.
