As we plan for the 2022-23 school year and anticipate a full schedule of community building events and academic enrichment activities, we need your help!

Please fill out this form to identify areas you may want to get involved (this is to show interest only, not a firm commitment) AND to tell us more about what you want to see from the PTA.

If you have already been confirmed for a role for next year, you do not need to fill out this form unless you wish to express interest in additional activities.

How do you want to be involved?
Please check all in which you have interest. We will only assign you to committees after verifying your interest.  If you've already been confirmed by one of us for the group you want, you don't need to fill out this form unless you want to explore more events or committees.
Do you have interest in an ongoing committee that operates for much of, or all of, the school year?
Do you want to volunteer at one-time events? (months listed are tentative and we may add/alter some events for next year)
What types of activities do you want to see the PTA focus on? (you can choose more than one)
For out-of-school activities (such as STEM Night), what is your preferred timing? (you can choose more than one)
What is your biggest concern the PTA could help you with?  For example, meeting other families, learning how the US school system works, helping your child make friends... there is no wrong answer.
What topics would you like to see covered at PTA meetings?  For example, do you want to know more about district level issues (budget, grade reconfiguration), how to help your child with a challenge (executive functioning, anxiety, social dynamics), MA education advocacy, Burbank school programming/curriculum, etc?
