A Participant Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 6PM and a representative from your group must attend to go over rules, line up position and details for the day.
Participants are not allowed to throw any items toward spectators including, but not limited to candy, flowers, leaflets, or promotional items. These items must be handed out.
If your unit consists of live animals, you are responsible for clean up along the route in accordance with the PWC Code
For safety reasons, younger children are encouraged to ride on floats or vehicles rather than walk in the parade.
Participants may not sell or offer for sale, any commodity, service, food or drink on the day of the parade.
