The South African Research Chair in Equality, Law and Social Justice, the Southern Centre for Inequality Studies (SCIS), and the Mandela Institute, a Centre within the School of Law, of the University of the Witwatersrand invite you to the third webinar in the series addressing critical issues of “Law, policy and inequality” titled ‘Inequality and Indebtedness’. In this webinar we explore how indebtedness is experienced in South Africa, the economic and legal relations of debt and what needs to be done to overcome the burdens of indebtedness.
