Four Corners Community Farm Co-founder Sam Rose and Bard College Farm Educator Griffin Harvey will present an engaging workshop on why and how to save seeds, including an inside look at corn breeding and hands-on seed saving activities.

Feel free to bring your own seeds, if you have them, for a community seed swap following the event!

Please come prepared with a notebook, pen, seeds to exchange if you have them, and a water bottle.

Ven a aprender el arte y ciencia del rescate de semillas del jardín, ¡y llévate tus propias semillas para sembrar en la siguiente primavera!

Este accesible taller es presentado por Sam Rose, Co-fundador de Four Corners Community Farm  y Griffen Harvey, Educador de Bard College Farm, e incluirá el porque y cómo guardar semillas, incluyendo la selección de razas criollas de maíz y otras actividades.

 También, todos están invitados a traer sus propias semillas, si tienen, para un trueque después del evento.

Favor de llegar preparado con un cuaderno, lápiz, semillas para intercambiar si tienes, y algo para tomar.  Estaremos al aire libre para todo el evento, así que favor de venir vestido apropiadamente.
