I hereby release and discharge the Myrtle Beach Track & Field Club, the City of Myrtle Beach, Horry County Schools, USA Track & Field, USA Track & Field South Carolina and officers, agents, employees, or volunteers thereof from any and all claims from injuries, damage or loss which may arise from my child’s participation in this program including the use of my child’s picture on the club’s website, social media pages and printed promotional materials.
