The session will be held in a separate room and will be driven by one of our close friends, Carmen Popoviciu, who is a certified pilates trainer. She will showcase different types of exercises for improving our posture or dealing with pain specific to intense office work. Please fill in this form if you wish to attend, so we know how to better prepare for the session.
The session is scheduled for 8:45am before the first talk of the second day. Please wear comfortable clothes. Keep in mind that there's no dedicated changing room at the hotel, but we have a secure storage room where you can leave your luggage.
