Open Studios Art Tour  Exhibition: October 1-27

Deliver Artwork to Chico Art Center Gallery Sept. 23-24 during gallery hours

Kick-off Reception Friday, Oct. 6, 5-7 pm

Return yard signs & Pick Up Artwork Monday, October 30

Requirements & Terms for Entry:

  • Attach your name to the front of 2-D artworks, or base of 3-D work.

  • Do not attach this entry form to the artwork.

  • 1 artwork per registered artist (artists sharing studios must sign individual release forms).

  • Only works not previously shown at the CAC Gallery or Gift Shop may be exhibited.

  • Title or price changes after the time of the drop-off are not allowed. All information for the wall label is taken from this form.

  • A suggested donation of 30% to CAC on all sales in this exhibit.

  • Works submitted must be completely dry. CAC cannot store packing materials, coverings, or boxes of any type.

  • Work determined by the director to be too fragile for safe handling and/or display will not be accepted.

  • Hanging artwork must use securely attached eye hooks and braided wire. No string or fish line. NO saw tooth hangers.

  • Size & Weight: Artworks must be able to be moved by one person.

  • Artworks may not be removed prior to the close of the exhibition- nor will sold artworks be released prior to this time.
