In applying for this sanction, the Host agrees to comply with and to enforce all health and safety mandates and guidelines of USA Swimming, South Texas Swimming, the State of Texas, all applicable local and county jurisdictions. *

As a condition of obtaining a sanction or approval I, and the organization I represent, agree to abide and govern this event under the Rules and Regulations of USA Swimming, South Texas Swimming, and all other terms and conditions upon which this sanction or approval may be granted. These terms specifically include all local rules and regulations and those set forth in USA Swimming Article 202, which provides that USA Swimming and South Texas Swimming and all officials shall be held free and harmless from all liabilities or claims for damage arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this event. *

The meet host agrees to submit a recon file for the meet to the appropriate SWIMS user prior to the start date of the meet, and agrees to clear all indicated issues on the recon report provided before the start date of the meet. *

The meet host agrees to submit the complete Meet Manager backup file for the meet to the appropriate SWIMS user within 72 hours of the meet's conclusion. *

The meet host agrees to submit a meet financial report using the designated form provided by South Texas Swimming within 45 days of the last day of the meet. *

The complete meet information and the meet's entry file must be emailed to sanctions@stswim.org *
