Upon submitting this form your registration will be processed and an invoice will be sent to you.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Seat will be confirmed when all payment terms below have been met:
• Once an invoice has been issued, please send full payment as stated in the invoice. Payment should cover all bank transfer charges and applicable taxes.
• Forward the bank transfer notification to info@regalsolutions.net
• Full payment must be received at least 20 days prior to the program.
• No booking will be confirmed until full payments are received.
• Regal Solutions International Inc. reserves the right to change course facilitators or to cancel a program at any time without any liability for consequential or indirect loss. If Regal Solutions International Inc. must cancel a program due to unforeseen business circumstances, a full refund will be provided to registrants.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@regalsolutions.net. A written acknowledgment will be sent to confirm cancellation:
• There will be no charge for cancellations received more than 20 days before the program.
• For cancellations received 10-19 days prior to the start of the program 50% of the program fee will be charged.
• For cancellations received 9 or less days prior to the start of the program, 100% of the program fee will be charged.
• If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, no refund will be given, but a company or organisation may send a substitute.
