Description: Participants of this webinar will build on their understanding of the essential structures for successful 9th grade teams. Participants will deepen their understanding of the CHSS Roadmap, specifically Highly Effective 9th Grade Success Teams. During the session we will view videos of current CHSS team meetings to identify and reflection on best practices of 9th grade team meetings. Participants will go through a protocol for developing a strong team purpose statement, which is a foundational structure in the 9th grade success work. Lastly, participants will identify and inventory their data sources to begin the process of creating a data calendar for the school year. Participants will leave the session with a draft purpose statement and the beginning of a data calendar.
