Puppy Application & Holding/Waitlist Fee Agreement
Please answer below to the best of your abilities and as honest as possible.

We want to make sure that you find the right puppy.

Once you complete your application, Hill Tribe Pomskies will go over your application. It is up to the discretion of Hill Tribe Pomskies to accept or deny your application.

By signing/completing this form, I agree with all of the terms and conditions stated below:

  • I understand that in order to hold the puppy of my choice, or my spot on the waitlist, I must complete an application and have a video interview with the Hill Tribe Pomskies breeder. 
  • Should I decide to move forward with Hill Tribe Pomskies, I agree to put down a non-refundable deposit fee of $500 to hold my spot on the waitlist, or choice of puppy, and understand that it is only applicable towards Hill Tribe Pomskies. 
  • The remaining balance for the puppy is due on or before the go home date. 
  • Should I decide to pass on my choice for a puppy, my fee can be moved to a different litter or puppy of my choice that is available within 2 years of the receipt of payment of the deposit fee. 
  • I understand that Hill Tribe Pomskies holds the sole right to the pick of the litter and the right to hold back any puppy of their choice.
