The purpose of this form is to make it easy for you to submit your complaints, suggestions and questions  to the Mayor and Manager of the uMngeni Municipality. If you would like to submit more than three complaints, suggestions or questions please complete another form. Your form(s) will automatically  be forwarded to the Mayor and the Municipal Manager for their attention.

If the municipality does not respond, and in a constructive manner,  this inaction will form the basis of  declaring a dispute  with the municipality. Once a dispute has been declared all debt collection processes are halted.
