Please use this form to indicate the sessions you would like your child to attend.

Please note: it may not be possible for your child to attend every session you select. Children will be allocated spaces on a needs basis, and therefore some children ( for example, those with disabilities or vulnerable young people) will take priority. Priority will also be given to young people who live or attend school in Hackney.

Children will be allocated sessions in "bubbles" with a dedicated member of staff, once allocated it will not be possible to move sessions.
