General Information
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the Pikes Peak Marathon and Ascent Expo on September 19-21, 2024.  All registered participants must attend to receive their race bib, so all 2,800 participants and their guests will be visiting the Expo!

The event kicks off on Thursday evening with with a community celebration with music, vendors, beer garden and the opportunity to purchase Pikes Peak Marathon merchandise.  Event participants start picking up their race bibs, and community members and friends come hang out in Manitou Springs's Memorial Park to celebrate the 69 year-old event!


Event Schedule
Please note that all times are tentative until we have final approval.  The time blocks may be lengthened or shifted, but will not be shortened.

Thursday, September 19th - 4:30pm-7:30pm - Expo opens with music, a beer garden, merchandise and exhibitors!  Bib pick-up is open for all participants.

Friday, September 20th - 10:00am-7:00pm - Expo with bib pick-up, exhibitors and vendors; Beer Garden open from 3:00-7:00pm

Saturday, September 21st - 9:00am-6:00pm - Expo with bib pick-up, exhibitors and vendors; Beer Garden open from 12:00-6:00pm;  NOTE:  The Pikes Peak Ascent starts at approximately 7:00am on Saturday; all Ascent runners will return to the Expo to receive their finisher item after the race.  Bib pick-up will continue for Marathon participants.

Sunday, September 22nd - Expo Closed; 7:00am Marathon start with finish activities post-event

Vendor load-in is scheduled for 2:00pm-4:00pm on Thursday, September 19th.  Load-out for all Expo vendors is Saturday night from 6:30pm-8:30pm.  Load times and drop-off parking access will be scheduled in 15-minute increments.
Options for Participation
The 2024 Expo will take place in beautiful Memorial Park in Manitou Springs.  Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tents; all tents must have corner weights.

Prices are as follows:

Event Expo - Vendor booth in outdoor area (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
   NOTE:  You must provide your own tent if desired
   A $25 cash discount is given when payment is made by cash or check by September 1, 2024.
   10' x 10' space and one 8' table                             $ 575   ($550 if paid by cash/check by 9/1/24)
   20' x 10' space and two 8' tables                           $ 775   ($750 if paid by cash/check by 9/1/24)

We have various sponsorship levels available that include booth space, social media mentions, and logo placement starting at $2,500.  Please let us know on the next page if you are interested in more information!

Electricity is available for no additional cost; bring your own 50' extension cord, splitters, breaker bars, etc.
Additional tables, chairs, and tents (with walls and/or weights) are available for rent at a nominal fee; see next page for details.
Overnight security is provided; all tents and contents must be secured outside of Expo hours.  Do not leave items of value overnight.
Payment Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your space.  Booth location and load-in / load-out time selection is based on the order in which the deposit was received.  Checks should be mailed to:  Pikes Peak Marathon, Inc, 441 Manitou Avenue, Suite 100, Manitou Springs, CO 80829.  

All applications and deposits must be received by September 1st so that location/time selection can take place.  Any applications received after September 1st are considered on a space-available basis.

Full payment must be received no later than September 6th, 2024.
