Please fill out the form below to register for the 2021 Summer Reading Program. One form per participant. All ages welcome. Each entry will be entered for prize drawings at the end of the Summer. You may also earn additional entries and gift card incentives by participating in virtual family programs identified on the program calendar (coming soon and will be available on library website).

Keep track of your Summer reading by counting minutes read and submit a reading log each week from our website. This year's summer reading program has 6 age groups. Each age group will have a winner at the end of the program for the most minutes read. Read to earn prizes, participate in weekly family programming, and pick up weekly craft kits related to the theme "Tails and Tales." Program dates are June 28, 2021 - August 6, 2021.
