In order to reserve your child's spot in the Emerald Sound and Guard for the 2019-2020 school year, you must complete the following forms and pay a $100.00 deposit by June 21, 2019.

The following forms must be completed and signed. The quickest and most accurate way to fill out this form is continue through these pages and fill them out and submit them electronically. If this is not an option for you, then you fill out a paper copy of the forms. They will be available on the band website (riverbendband.com) and will also have some available at the parent meeting.

The forms that must be filled out are the following:
- ES&G Standards Confirmation Page
- Emergency Information & Authorization Form
- RHSBPA Commitment & Financial Contract
-RHSBPA Volunteer Commitment Form


In addition to these forms, we must receive a $100 deposit by June 21, 2019 to reserve a spot in the show for your student. The deposit can be paid in the following ways:
- Go to riverbendband.com and click on Parents and then Store and select the appropriate item from the store.
- Mail a check and payment coupon to:

-Or drop off a check and payment coupon in the white mailbox in the band room. Please be aware that once school is no longer in session, you may or may not have access to the band room.
-If you mail in a check or drop one off at the band room box, please be sure to include your child's name in the memo field of the check or include one of the payment coupons.
