Dear participants,

the following form is an application for the training course ABCDEFGH, financed by Erasmus+ program.
ABCEDFGH is a blended activity and It includes:
Online sessions - 2 before the TC (June) and 2 as follow up (August-September)
Residential - 1 to 9 July 2022 (1 & 9 July are travel days) in Dobrinishte, Bulgaria.

The information in this form is needed for the final selection. The approved candidates will receive confirmation from the Coordinator of the project VIA CIVIC Association by email.

The information is also needed for the logistic and for precise design of the program.

This project is financed by Eramus+ program. Accommodation, food, transport costs (up to the limit sum according to the distance calculator), training activities are fully covered by the Erasmus + program.
