1. "ENROLLEE" and "ENROLLMENT" Defined:

The term "ENROLLEE" as used in this agreement refers to the registrant's name on this website. "ENROLLMENT" as used in this agreement means date of receipt of payment by QLTS Advantage ⎸ SQE Prep.

2. TUITION / FEES:

SQE2+ BETA training £999
- First deposit (£99) due at time of being accepted into the Beta programme
- Final (£900) payment due once exam spot is confirmed with Kaplan
(All charges initially in US dollars; then converted automatically by your bank to £Sterling – no VAT charged)

3. FEE SCHEDULE:

If accepted, I will pay the first deposit of £99 within 3 business days, from date of notification by QLTS Advantage ⎸ SQE Prep to reserve my spot, after which my spot will be released to the next candidate. The 2nd and final payment of £900 will be due within 3 business days from the date of your email notification from Kaplan confirming you have a place for the April 2022 SQE2 assessment.

4. CONDITIONS OF USE:

Access to the QLTS Advantage programme and all materials is non-transferable and limited to the sole use by ENROLLEE. QLTS Advantage ⎸ SQE Prep reserves the right to suspend the account, without notice, if evidence of multiple users are detected accessing the ENROLLEE'S account.

4. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

If ENROLLEE cannot secure a spot for the first SQE2 in April 2022 (proof required), the £99 deposit will be refunded. No cancellation will be accepted once ENROLLEE has been approved for the Beta Course and the final payment has been made (£900).

5. BETA CONDITIONS:

ENROLLEE agrees to give detailed feedback about the Beta SQE2 course to QLTS Advantage ⎸ SQE Prep upon request in exchange for the very reduced Beta Course rate.

6. VALIDITY:

Access to the training will remain active until the April SQE2 exam has taken place. Should ENROLLEE wish to continue with the training (due to not passing the exam) there will be an option to keep access for an additional fee.

7. COPYRIGHT:

You acknowledge that QLTS Advantage ⎸ SQE Prep owns all rights, title and interest in and to all audio, video, and written course materials. These materials are protected by US, UK and international copyright laws and must not be shared, copied, recorded or reproduced by any means for any purpose.

8. ASSIGNMENT:

You may not assign this contract or any of your rights hereunder.
