Due to the nature of travel in 2021 and beyond, Travel By Kay Maria will be implementing a $50 non-refundable Professional Planning Service fee* to all clients. This fee includes our usual services of research/recommending the best properties for you, along with helping to navigate the ever changing rules and guidelines to travel, including the latest updates from the tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions,  a complimentary phone consultation will be arranged. During that call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due and collected prior to ANY planning/research of the vacation begins. While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our Professional Planning Service fee ensures that you will not be alone with your vacation. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle those for you every step of the way. NOTE* Flight ONLY, Group bookings or Destination wedding fees will differ and be discussed on the complimentary phone call. INCLUDED WITH FEE ARE 2 QUOTES (in budget range; more or less) AND 1 REVISION. With either two different destinations or two different hotels. *
