NRHS Hybrid vs. Remote Learning Plan Survey
At this time, Nashoba Regional High School is preparing to offer two learning models for students starting on March 1, 2021. One model will be for students to continue with the current learning model of being fully remote, and the other model will be for students to receive in-person instruction in a hybrid learning model.

We are asking parents to fill this survey out for each student in attendance at Nashoba Regional High School. For example, if you have a 9th and 11th grader at NRHS, you would fill this survey out twice, once per student. At this time, this survey will be non-binding, meaning we are not asking for a firm commitment to the learning model quite yet. This survey is being used for planning purposes only. We will likely be sending an additional survey next week to parents/guardians, which will be binding.

The survey will close on Tuesday, January 19th at 3pm.

Step One: Review the FOLLOWING
Step Two: Complete the survey questionnaire below
Step Three: Complete additional surveys, as needed, for each child in your family

Thank you for your cooperation.
