Oddball's Vintage ATV Overland Challenge

Oddball ORV is looking at hosting a first ever Vintage ATV Overland Challenge. The idea is to take the vintage machine of your choice (Odyssey, Pilot, Quad, Three-Wheeler or Motor Cycle that is at least 30 years old or older) and do a four day, three night overland trip through some trails in the Sierra Nevada's North of Lake Tahoe.

Survey Purpose
This survey is to help determine how much interest there is in participating. Because this would be the first event with many unknowns, the number of participants will be capped at ~10 people.

The information provided on this survey here will not be provided to anyone else. It will be used to follow up with interested people should we proceed to move forward with the event. This is NOT an official signup form, but the way to show your interest and gauge how likely people are to participate if this event moves forward. Those people that fill out this form will be contacted for participation should we go forward with the plan.

Basic Trip Details
The current proposed route is looking to be ~100 miles to 150 miles in length. This will be traveled over four days / three nights and we will be camping on the trail. There will be a support vehicle but it will not be used to carry gear for participants. Participants are expected to be fully self sufficient for the journey including fuel, water, food and camping gear. The "Challenge" of this event is based on the question of can these vintage ATVs Overland and so you must be self sufficient. The support vehicle will carry extra fuel just as backup.

With that in mind, please answer the following questions...
Rate your confidence in being able to carry enough fuel to cover 150 miles of dirt or gravel roads and trails that are moderate to somewhat technical.
*
I will be pushing for sure...
Not a problem, will have fuel to spare!
Rate the confidence you have in being able to carry all of your own gear  (food, tools, camping equipment) on your machine.

Remember, this is a Challenge so it is expected you are going to have to get creative.

A participation fee will be charged in order to ensure people are committed and don't back out at the last minute. The fee will be given back to the participants in the form of prizes. Not everyone that participates will receive a prize though.

This is not a competitive event against other people but rather a group challenge. That means working together as a team to ensure everyone finishes together.

If you have any skills you are willing to offer to the group such as: mechanic, carb tuner, first aide, ham radio, etc... please list them here.
