Managers of MiniRoos: Only complete this form if you are organising your own coaching session separate to SuperSkills. You will be able to request your preferred training day and location and a coach if needed. Please note coaches for junior teams are in short supply, so we suggest if you wish for LFC coaching you utilise the SuperSkills program.

SuperSkills are booked separately using the MiniRoos/SuperSkills 2021: Team Manager Booking Form for Training. Please get in touch with your Age Coordinator if you cannot access it.

* Section 3:  Check that the day & field are available  before listing your preference.

* Section 5:  Coach Requirements  Where possible we aim to provide a Lindfield FC coach for the duration of the season when requested - this is at an additional cost.

* Please make sure you select YES if you would like the Lindfield FC coach to be present on game day (the weekend - this rarely happens for social teams).

* Allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
