Please use this form to book your child into an after school club. Clubs begin from Monday 16th January.

All clubs run from 3:15 until 4:15 on the day shown. If we need to cancel the club for any reason, we will let you know by your preferred message route (Email or SMS) but we will always ensure someone is in school to supervise your child if you're unable to get here early to pick up at the end of the school day.

All clubs are free of charge, but we do expect your child to commit to attend each week for the term if they are given a place.
