 This is why it is great to join moinworld as a mentor:

What you have to bring?
- Time commitment: At least one hour of your time once a month over a period of six month (for group mentoring min 1h per week over a period of one month)
- Your passion for people development, growth and making a difference. If you are aiming for supporting people in sharpening their tech skills, ideally solid knowledge in your area of expertise (e.g. three years in IT / tech related field). For 1:1 general mentoring, we are looking for people passionate about people development, ideally in an IT / tech related field.
