Set Up
Set-up is 9:30 am – 11:00 am. Absolutely no setup will be allowed after 11:00 am. No dismantling before 6:00 pm. You are welcome to sell past 6:00 p.m. but must be broken down completely by dusk. Vendors dismantling prior to 6:00 will be excluded from participation in future events. Space assignments will be random at organizer discretion based on availability (no reserved spaces). Vendor vehicles must be moved from exhibit area when set-up is complete. EZ-Up Tents limited to 10'x10' with 2 sides only. Sidewalks cannot be completely blocked, you must leave a 4' walkway for pedestrian traffic.
