Froglife equality, diversity and inclusion survey
As part of Froglife's work on equality, diversity and inclusion, we would like to understand more about people who apply for jobs at Froglife. We will then be able to identify if people or groups are under-represented or facing discrimination and develop our policies to improve this.
Some questions may seem similar but are designed to give a fuller picture on a particular issue.
Your answers are anonymous. Please do not include any identifying information in the written responses.
The information will not be accessed during the recruitment process. The data summary will be seen by the Senior Management Team and Trustees after recruitment is completed. The summary will be used internally within Froglife and may be used for relevant funding applications or reports. The individual forms will be deleted annually and the summary data will be kept securely.
