We do not discriminate. We don’t care about your religion, sexual preferences, nationality, whether or not you are on section 8, public assistance, on disability, or working 80 hours a week. We do care that you are good neighbors, going to pay the rent on time, going to treat our property and your new space as though it were your own. The unfortunate truth is that there are a lot of folks out there who wreck apartments and are not pleasant neighbors.
