After School Clubs - Summer Term 2024

As part of our provision of school clubs and activities for your children this term, please find the club list for the Summer Term 2024 attached. The activities will take place after school between 3.30pm – 4.30pm and children are invited to apply for up to 2 clubs. A confirmation will be sent to parents once the allocations have been made.

We will endeavour to do our best to meet your child’s desired options, however, due to capacity, we may not be able to provide all choices. If your child is absent for more than 2 consecutive sessions, he/she will automatically be removed from the club. Heavy rain or snow and ice may cause some of the outside clubs to be cancelled without prior notice, although we will endeavour to make telephone/text contact. Please note that if your child has attended a club last term, they may not get a club this term. Children who did not receive a space last term will be prioritised.

If your child is taking part in an active club (e.g. Dance or Football), they may bring their own sports clothing (no trainer studs) or they can wear their P.E. kit. Children are not permitted to wear their school uniform for these clubs. Please note some sports clubs will be taking place outside so ensure their clothing is appropriate for the weather.

Home Consent

If you would like your child in Years 4, 5 or 6 to walk home from school unaccompanied by an adult, it is important that you tick the correct box below.
It is compulsory that Years 1, 2 & 3 need to be collected.
If you would like your child to be collected by a friend/family member, please make sure you have completed the Home Collection Form which states their names. This form can be found on our School Website.
