The Merrick County 4-H Council is allowing 4-H families to set up Food Stand Charge accounts who are in good financial standing with previous 4-H Council transactions.  

Here are the terms of account:
1. A 4-H family must put down a minimum of a $40 deposit to be eligible for a charge account, must be paid before account is active.
2. The family will then be issued a charge account number that you MUST present to the cashier in order to charge. Please list each family member separately.
3.  The responsible party filling out this contract will be responsible for paying ALL transactions of authorized users you list below.
4. All order receipts will be kept on file and used to complete a final invoice minus your deposit.
6. An invoice will be sent out after fair. Payment is due within 90 days.
7. If you do not spend the deposit amount you will be issued a refund check with your invoice.

ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE FINALIZED OR SET-UP IN THE EXTENSION OFFICE with office staff or a 4-H Council Officer!!
