Here's What's Included
* $25 Fee for a Temporary Business License. This license permits you to sell merchandise on the street of Long Grove. You must have this license to sell at the festival. The producer will give you this license at load in on the first day of the festival.

* $25 Fee for a Fire Inspection. The fire department applies a $25 fee for every tent they inspect. All tents must be properly weighted. A fire extinguisher is required if you have electricity in your booth. This is to ensure the safety of everyone at the festival!

* $50 Historic Downtown Administration Fee.

While we can’t guarantee a specific booth location, preferences are more likely to be granted to vendors who pay promptly.

Please note, any applications received and approved after June 3rd may not be guaranteed furniture rentals. We will communicate with you if we can't honor any rental requests.
