For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept volunteers who are allergic or anaphylactic to bees.

Field work can be strenuous and involve some heavy lifting. Are you reasonably physically fit?

All volunteers are valuable to the response effort. We only ask this question to assist with the rostering of volunteers. Some large-scale operations are better suited to beekeepers with commercial experience.

For insurance purposes, all volunteers must be current members of one of AHBIC's  member bodies. Please tell us which AHBIC member body you belong to.

Do you have any specific skills or experience?

You don't have to have a licence to volunteer, but it is useful for us to know which volunteers hold licences.
