Gen Con 2024 SELF-PAY GM Hotel Request Form
Use this form to request access to the SELF-PAY GM hotel block at Gen Con this year. Rooms in the GM hotel block are provided on a limited basis to help ensure GMs and events organizers can properly manage their events.

Access to the GM block is never guaranteed and should only be viewed as a backup plan if you are unable to secure lodging another way (e.g. the general attendee block, exhibitor housing, etc.).

THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR SELF-PAY ROOMS. If you represent an independent gaming group and need complimentary rooms, you must submit the Complimentary GM Hotel Request Form.

SELF-PAY rooms are provided solely at your own expense, though eligible individual independent GMs may request reimbursement after the convention, as usual.

If access is granted to the self-pay block, you will be approved for a maximum number of rooms you can book, based on available inventory. All requested rooms may not be approved. Any reservations made in excess of that approved total may be canceled.

SELF-PAY GM Hotel Requests will not be reviewed and processed until after the GM hotel request deadline. Refer to the Event Host Policy for full details and requirements to be eligible for SELF-PAY GM Hotel Rooms.
