If you are planning to pick up your child from Green Intermediate School on an ongoing or regular basis, please complete the form below to obtain a Bulldog Pick-Up Pass for your vehicle(s).  Once this form is completed, we will send the passes home with your child ASAP to begin using for student pickup.  Two Bulldog Pick-Up Passes unless otherwise specified.

When you arrive, join the pick-up line (in the east/stadium parking lot) at the end of the day.  Post the GIS Bulldog Pick-Up Pass in a visible location in your vehicle, preferably in the passenger side window, as this will allow us to expedite the pickup process and ensure safety during dismissal.  Also, please make sure to always have a state-issued ID available when picking up your child from school.
