Membership Guidelines:
*Membership is open to any student, parent/guardian, band alumni, or individual who subscribes to the Objectives and Basic Policies of this organization, subject to compliance with the provisions of the bylaws. Only parents/guardians of band members are eligible to hold office and vote at meetings.
*The organization shall conduct an annual enrollment of members, but persons may be admitted to membership at any time.
*The term of membership for the UA Band Boosters shall be 12 months.
*Only members in good standing of the organization shall be eligible to vote in its business meetings, or to serve on any of its elected or appointed positions. A member in good standing shall be defined as  having met all three of these criteria:
1. having registered during the current school year as a UA Band Boosters member,
2. having attended at least one UA Band Boosters function within the previous twelve (12) months, and
3. having assisted within the previous twelve (12) months by either volunteering time, donating supplies, or donating financially to support the purpose of the UA Band Boosters organization.
