USA Officials 2020-2021 Referee Information Survey
PLEASE READ:  This is a strange year with the pandemic and schedules change from week to week and day to day.  Some gyms are closed in December but are planned to be opened in January.  USA Officials wants to collect your responses about your preferences for working games in the leagues and tournaments that we assign.  Please complete this survey ASAP so we can understand your preferences when we are assigning games. Remember, the more limitations you put on preferences, the smaller the game opportunity.
