In addition we will ask that you complete a "conflict calendar" to help us prepare for productive rehearsals. That will be provided at auditions, so please bring your calendar information to audition night or print out the conflict calendar and bring it, completed, to auditions.

Rehearsals are very important if we are going to have a successful show. Conflicts handed in at auditions will be considered "excused" and taken into consideration for scheduling and casting needs. Tech week rehearsals are required and no absences should be requested please-these dates are from Sunday, July 21st-Sunday, August 4th (see conflict calendar for details). Please check your schedules and calendars carefully and review them with your parents or children so that they understand the expectations as well. Detailed rehearsal Calendars will be distributed at the first rehearsal on Tuesday, May 28th (time tba). Can you agree to these expectations? *
