Mid-teen Participant Workshops - 9.30pm - 11pm
Experienced / Older Participant Workshops - 11.30-1.30pm

A special opportunity for 10-21 year olds to learn the skills of beatboxing and perform at the Everyman - no experience necessary! Learn to beatbox, jam with other young musicians, improve your vocal techniques and make your own music using nothing but your mouths - from Hip Hop and Grime to R&B and Dubstep. Led by hip hop artist Conrad Murray.

Workshop participants will be invited to perform the music they make as a curtain raiser for the BAC Beatbox Academy performance, FRANKENSTEIN: HOW TO MAKE A MONSTER, at The Everyman as part of Cork Midsummer Festival on Friday 17 at 7.30pm + Saturday 18 June at 5pm. Those attending the workshops aren't obliged to perform - but are welcome to get involved!

Participants will each get a free seat to watch the shows.
Participants under 16 require a parent or responsible person to attend any shows they are performing in.
