We look forward to welcoming you at the CICE 2023 in April! The conference dates are from April 21st to 23rd. The purpose of this form is to keep track of the responses by the attendees who plan to attend the conference.

Note: We are currently researching group transportation options. Information will be posted at the website canadianimaging.org and on PPOC social media when the details become available.

Privacy Disclaimer & Terms of Agreement:

The information is intended only for those involved in organizing transportation and roommates.

The arrangements will be based on the agreement between parties including the dates of arrival and departure. The 2023 CICE Committee is assisting with the arrangements and will not make the agreement on the behalf of parties.

Transportation: The information will be shared only with specific parties including a potential transportation company and designated volunteers assisting with the transportation arrangements. The agreement has to be made between the parties.

Roommates: If a roommate would prefer a gender specific roommate then we would provide contact information for those who were applicable. The agreement has to be made between the parties.
