Solstice Lantern Exchange
We are excited you are joining us for the Solstice Lantern Exchange! We are entering into a time known for darkness, and this is why we have chosen an activity all about sharing our light.

Here is how it works: fill in the form below and let us know if you'd like to make a lantern for someone else, receive one from someone else, or both! All ages welcome, from 1 - 103!

There will be opportunities to exchange your lantern in person at the December 19th service at the Unigogue. And we are excited to be hosting an intergenerational outdoor solstice service this year at the Environment Centre on the afternoon of Dec 19th where we will come together to share our light around a fire. More info to come, but mark the date in your calendar! Or, if you don't plan to attend services in person for solstice, you may choose to share your light by placing your lantern outside for your neighbours to see.

Please fill in the form to participate by Wednesday, December 8th.

There are many ways to create a solstice lantern. Part of the fun is seeing how unique everyone's lantern is.

If you like the image above and are excited to get started, here's guidance on how to make one inspired by it:
