Chocolate Party Host Consent Form
Thank you so much for filling out our Chocolate Party Consent Form! It is important that we have information about food allergens and sensitivities for anyone participating in our chocolate parties. We also need emergency contact information for all participants (we provide you a link to send to each participant and will include a link on our party page online). We are a facility that uses tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten containing products on a daily basis. We can accommodate special needs but need to make sure there is a solid understanding that despite our best efforts there is always a possibility of cross contamination.

Chocolate Pizza Parties for Kids and Kids at heart - Our chocolate pizza party is one you won’t forget!

Each kid or kid-at-heart will come home with their own chocolate pizza. Each party is 90 minutes of chocolate heaven! Parties are available during the week and on Saturdays during business hours (depending on seasonal availability). Parties held outside of business hours will include a gratuity charge of 18% for our staff. Min 6 people Max 12 people for ages 5 and up. We will message you to setup your party date after you book your party.

  1. The group will gather, wash hands, and gear up with gloves, hairnet, and apron. As everyone is doing that you will learn about the different types of chocolate and sample all three types! YUMMO
  2. Next each person attending will get a chance “play” in the chocolate. We will place some chocolate on a special pan for chocolate finger painting. This gets everyone warmed up for the exciting part. Chocolate pizza!!
  3. We have special pans that we load with a chocolate pizza “crust” for each person. They will load the chocolate pizza special toppings and candy toppings from our shop. You will be amazed at the pizza works of art and what a loaded chocolate pizza looks like. Don’t worry - taste testing of the toppings is allowed!! 
  4. Of course the cheese is next and what better for chocolate cheese than white chocolate! After that it’s into the oven (otherwise known as the cooler). 
  5. We will place each partygoers pizza in their own pizza box and home they go!!
  6. If you LOVE your party - tipping of staff is always appreciated!!

 “Grownup Kids” Dipping Party

At our “Grownup Kids” Dipping party you will get to try your hand at dipping chocolates, chocolate molds, and chocolate breakup bars.  Each party is 90 minutes of chocolate heaven! Parties are available during the week and on Saturdays during business hours (depending on seasonal availability). Parties held outside of business hours will include a gratuity charge of 15% for our staff. 

  1. The group will gather, wash hands, and gear up with gloves, hairnet, and apron. As everyone is doing that you will learn about the different types of chocolate and sample all three types! YUMMO
  2. Next each person attending will get their own bowl of chocolate and will learn how to bowl temper the chocolate.  You will get your hands in the chocolate and will learn what makes a “perfect” temper.
  3. You will then dip a variety of chocolates, fill your chocolate molds, and make a breakup bar of chocolate with your favorite toppings!! YUM!! Don’t worry - taste testing of the chocolates and toppings is allowed!! 
  4. Each persons chocolates go into the cooler on their own chocolate pan. Once the chocolates are ready we will help to package each creation.
  5. If you LOVE your party - tipping of staff is always appreciated!!

It is important to follow the instructions of the person who is leading the party for Lillie Mae. Please do not touch any candy that is not a part of your party. Please use good hygiene while at the party including but not limited to washing hands as instructed prior to putting gloves on, not touching your cell phone while you have gloves on, coughing into your arm, washing hands after using the restroom:

In consideration of the party, I hereby assume all risks in connection with a party at Lillie Mae Chocolates and I further release Lillie Mae Chocolates, the staff, and the owners of Lillie Mae Chocolates from all claims, judgements, and liability for any injury or damage that might occur from participating in the party.
