Three Village Community Swim Level Registration Guidelines

Level 1- Beginner swimmer. Skills will be done with the support from the swim instructor. Swimmers will swim on their front and back with assistance.
Level 2- Swimmer should be comfortable in the water. Swimmer will work on swimming on their front and back with limited assistance from the instructor.
Level 3- Swimmer will work on stroke development. Swimmer is comfortable in the water swimming on their own. Swimmer will gain a mastery of front crawl (with side breathing), back crawl, elementary back crawl and work on kick technique for other strokes.
Level 4- Swimmer will be confident and able to swim front crawl and back crawl with side breathing. Swimmer will work on all strokes and increase their swimming distance.
Level 5- Swimmer is able to swim front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke, elementary back stroke, side stroke and butterfly.  Swimmer will work on efficiency and appearance of strokes while increasing their swimming distance.
Level 6/7/8- Swimmer will be engaging in a more fitness-based swim lesson.  Swimmers will need to know how to do all strokes well and be able to swim multiple laps of each stroke.

All levels will teach basic water safety skills, basic rescue skills, and basic rules that apply to our specific facility.

• *If a child is 5 on the first day of the session and turns 6 during the session, they must be registered in one of the two 4/5 year old classes.
• Prices are for group swimming lessons.
• COVID protocols will be followed. Children will be socially distanced when possible and masks must be worn at all times when not in the pool.
• Limited locker room use—Please come prepared to swim.
• Parents for the 4 + 5 year old swimmers will be permitted to stay in the pool area.
• Swimming for ages 6+ will be drop off only.
• There will be no formal visitation days this fall.
