I understand that this is the registration form to sign up for the competition team. I understand that I need to audition to be placed on a team this season. The amount of routines I audition for are final. After auditions and filling out the final form with signatures to audition, if I chose to drop a class because I am not happy with my team placement or I changed my mind, I will forfeit being on any competition team with Optimum Dance Complex for the 2024-25 season. No exceptions. I understand the commitment level of joining the competition team and the rigid attendance policy. I understand that our competition team has evolved into a completely different structure including classes, practice times, and payment which will be reviewed at the meeting on July 17th.
