At District Convention, each Chapter will have a delegate to represent them throughout the event. A delegate is a member from your Chapter who will vote according to the Chapter's opinion on the matters at hand (i.e. moving to accept various reports, electing the next District Council, etc.). To be a delegate, you must be present throughout the entire convention. If the delegate is not present in any session, the Chapter will forfeit their vote for that session. The delegate must be one person attending Convention on March 8th and 9th.

If your Chapter will not be attending the 2024 NED Convention, you may select other Chapters that you would like to represent you as a proxy.

Please answer all of the questions in this form, even if no one from your Chapter is attending District Convention.

***Before completing this form, make sure you are ready to write a summary containing at least two paragraphs about what has been happening in your Chapter over the past year. Key topics to cover are music involvement and leadership activities. We want to hear all about your Chapter's accomplishments this year. Your report will be published in the 2024 Northeast District Convention minutes.
