Set up (this could be as early as Tuesday, April 25th)
Take Down/Cleanup- Wednesday, April 26th after 9pm
Guest Check-In/Greeter- Give guest name tags, etc
Silent Auction Attendant- Be present at the auction area from 6-9pm to answer questions, ensure guests fill out sheet correctly, assist with "BUY NOW" purchases, etc
Paddle Call Attendant- Record guest paddle numbers and amount donated
AV support- Ensure that any visuals presented play/run smoothly
